- A surcharge of CHF 60 per person and night is payable for half-board inclusive of all galas.

Cancellation
Policy |
|
You may cancel your reservation without any cancellation
charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival. If we
receive a cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the
date of arrival, we will charge 50% of the booked
arrangement. Should your cancellation reach us later than 15
days before your date of arrival or should you arrive too
late or depart before the agreed departure date we will
charge 100% of the booked arrangement. Naturally we will do
our utmost to sell on your room, however should we be unable
to do so, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
Christmas Packages:
You may
cancel your reservation for a stay during that period
without charge until 1 September 2009. If the cancellation
is made after 1 September 2009, the hotel reserves the right
to charge 30% of the full package price. For a cancellation
after 15 November 2009 we will charge 100% of the booked
arrangement, if we are unable re-let the room.
Change of Booking:
Early
departure and/or late arrival will be treated as “no show”
and the missed nights charged in full should the hotel be
unable to re-let the room.
