Festive Season 2008/2009: 26th December 2008 to 11th, January 2009. Special flat rates apply exclusively during the festive season. Please note that during the festive season special conditions apply for additional beds. High Season: 8th, February 2009 to 1st March 2009. In high season, rates for 1 – 3 nights apply.

Extra bed: - Children up to 3 years: FREE of charge - Children up to 12 years: CHF100 - Adults: CHF 200 Garage: CHF 30 - Well-behaved dogs (without food) : CHF 45 - A surcharge of CHF 60 per person and night is payable for half-board inclusive of all galas. - A surcharge of CHF 50 per person and night is payable for the seventh and eighth floors. Please note that different rates apply during the festive season.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation for a stay of up to 6 nights without incurring a charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival. If we receive a cancellation later than the above-mentioned 14 days, we will charge for one night. You may cancel your reservation for a stay of 7 nights or more without incurring a charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival. If we receive a cancellation later than the above-mentioned 14 days, we will charge for 3 nights of the service booked. Christmas Packages: You may cancel your reservation for a stay during the Christmas holiday period from 26th December 2008 until 11th January 2009 without incurring a charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival. If the package is cancelled later than this, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full package price should it be unable to re-let the room. Change of Booking: Early departure and/or late arrival will be treated as “no show” and the missed nights charged in full should the hotel be unable to re-let the room.
