10 Superior rooms on the first (1°) floor of the ancient Manor
The Manor rooms are faced(overlaid) entirely with white stone, typical building material of Valle d’Itria (Itria Valley). The structure preserves one stone wall dated since the 1800 and built with natural materials like wood, and cooper, while the flooring are wooden floorboards. The atmosphere is serene, welcoming but at the same time elegant and complete of all the necessary amenities.

The Barn (Granaio) is a two stories household with 20 Comfort Rooms with a view facing over an enormous landscape of sunflowers and grain.
All the rooms offer an amazing view over the campaign, some of the rooms on the ground floor have a nice terrace with all amenities included, other rooms on the first floor have a French balcony. For the design of the rooms we have chosen a Country Style furnishing, so you can discover and feel the typical cozy and warm environment of a holiday in Apulia.
Two of our hotel rooms in Alberobello are made for those couples with special needs. The rooms have a terrace that is suitable for pets also: we will be glad to offer you everything they need for a comfortable holiday.

The dishes are made with our own products, simple but high quality, related with the seasonality and the rich gastronomy culture.
Our recipes are filled with fantasy, for example the snails used in our dishes grow in our snail farm.
During spring and summer the restaurant “La terrazza sull’orto” is the perfect place to have a cocktail or a fine dinner, with an astonishing view over the surroundings and the Red House, that has an enormous artistic and cultural value. You can visit the chapel and its murals.
The terrace is the perfect place for you to have something to eat, after a day of peace and relax, tasting the Apulian flavors, having a glass of wine from our cellar and just enjoying an experience made out of special, priceless and intimate moments.

In 1996, the area was granted the label of UNESCO world heritage site for its monumental borough of 1400 trulli. These constructions are built by overlying stones with a dry masonry technique. The base is whitewashed and the roof has a conical shape, topped by a pinnacle and symbols of various kinds. Alberobello stands right in the middle between the Ionian and the Adriatic seas.
