From Naples:
Take Motorway "Roma-Napoli" and follow the road signs towards Salerno. Stay on the Motorway Napoli-Salerno until the exit "Vietri Sul Mare" and take the direction to Amalfi and at 1 Km. before Amalfi on the left you have Villa San Michele.
