This is the story of a little boy who learns to cook with his mother and grandmother. The little boy has grown up: with a passion for cuisine, Eric Berthillot decided to make his adolescent passion – his job.
A known and well-known chef, a local boy : Eric developes this beautiful house and particularly its gourmet restaurant, situated in the Drôme Provençale, south of Valence and near Montélimar and Orange. Our clients recognise his personality, an out-of-ordinary touch, and lover of the products. A chef attentive to today’s influences but without forgetting his roots, he masters the excellence of his cuisine, which can be tasted in its perfection, in a pretty dining room or on a shady terrace.
In this elegant setting, opening onto a private park, the chef Eric Berthillot, passionate and stimulated by the riches of his region, proposes a gourmet cuisine glorifying seasonal products.
