The great park was designed by the Brescian architect Sebatoni. Here various types of secular trees tower over elegantly shaped hedges, rose bushes and 16th Century statues. Among the greenery of the park, and besides the small lake and swimming pool, stand some rustic buildings, testimony of past agricultural activities. One of these buildings is home to the famous “Villa Condulmer” Golf Club, which boasts a Standard 18 hole (5,860 meter) course and an Executive 9 hole (1,670 meter) course.The Golf Club, which has been operating for 50 years, includes changing rooms, showers, Coffee Bar, a tea-room and an exquisite terrace.

The town of Mogliano Veneto is 7 km from Mestre-Marghera and 10 km from the centre of Venice. This town is a must for those who want to visit the antique Venetian villas and the summer residence of the "Republica Serenissima"; their magnificent parks can be admired whilst travelling along the S.S. 13 road, known as the Tarraglio, which connects Mogliano Veneto to Venice.
