From north:
From the A1 exit at Orte, then follow the direction to Terni. Exit at Terni and follow the direction to Rieti, once you arrive to Rieti follow hotel signs.

From south:
Take the A1 Roma Nord and follow the direction to Rieti, and then drive towards Terni following hotel signs.
