How to get there:

From Milan-Bologna-Firenze-Rome:
Take Motorway A1 Rome to Florence; exit at Bettolle-Valdichiana, turn right and head for Perugia; on the Motorway to Perugia take the Castiglion del Lago exit and turn right towards Cortona; pass the towns of Terontola and then Riccio and turn right for Ossaia; follow the road to the very end and turn right for Mercatale; after approximately 4 Kms., at the end of the town of Pergo, turn right for Villa di Piazzano (Road Sign); follow the tree-lined road to the very end always following the road signs.
