COOKING COURSES

Full inmersion cooking courses are offered at the villa by famous and experts  in different areas, to allow the guests experience the high quality foods of Italy. Outside the villa guests can visit a Veronese olive press, a historical rice mill, the dairies where Parmesano-Reggiano is made, and where the famous culatello is cured.

ALLEGRINI WINERY

The winery constantly organizes courses to allow the participants mingle with its producers  and to experience its wines, which have the great structure of Cabernet, the sweetness of Merlot, the spicyness of Syrah and the inspiration of Bordeaux. Recently Villa Giona vineyards have changed to produce for Allegrini great grapes for full bodied  red wines.

Only ten minutes away from the Villa, Verona, the romantic city of Romeo and Juliet is an ancient city of more than a thousand years of history. A town standing on the banks of the river Adige, on the slopes of the Monti Lessini,  has to this days  perfectly preserved monumental artistic structures of Roman times, such is the case of the  Arena making it an interestic historic city.The sweet curves of the river and the hills that surround it determine the harmony and beauty of its landscape.
