By Car:
Motorway A11/A12:
Leave the motorway A11 or A12 at the exit for LUCCA EST. Follow the blue signs to Pisa which take you onto the SS12; after approx. 3 kms, in the village of Massa Pisana, you will see the entrance to the Hotel "Villa La Principessa" on your right.

From Pisa center
Leave the town of Pisa and follow the blue signs to Lucca. Once out of the town follow signs for San Giuliano Terme taking the SS12. Once at the foot of the mountains, in the place of San Giuliano, go straight on, never leaving the SS12.

Cross the mountain and then you will be in Lucca area. Keep driving towards Lucca, you will find the Village of Santa Maria del Giudice, S.Lorenzo a Vaccoli and than Massa Pisana where you will find the entrance to the Hotel "Villa La Principessa" on your left.
