From the Villa
Sant'Andrea Hotel guests can visit the ancient Greek
Theatre located only 500 meters away, as
well as the gardens of the Villa Communale
which are also nearby. The redbrick arcades
of Naumachia, also worth a visit are just an 800 meter
stroll away.
If you feel like going further away, visit the
rest of the beautiful island of Sicily, with orange gold
coasts and lemon orchards. The Island in the sun, which is home to
heavenly beaches, and majestic mountains. It is the
largest and most important island in the
Mediterranean, and until the fourteenth century
Sicily was the most important island in Europe. It
is the place where the mountains meet the sea,
and it hosts one of Europes natural wonders,
the famous and highest peak, and Europe's largest
active volcano Mount Etna.
An Island for all seasons. Blue skies in the summer,
palm trees dusted with snow in a
surreal symphony in winter, and a rainbow of wild flowers set
against greenest fields during spring. |
