It was in 2010 that Yoann Conte – Breton by birth and Savoyard by adoption – took over Marc Veyrat’s legendary Auberge de l’Eridan. Through hard work and tenacity, the institution was reborn. The eastern shore of the lake, also known as the “Sunny Bank", is the ideal place to spend a few moments. Why not settle down in comfort on our private pontoon and relax sunbathing or enjoy the beautiful days while indulging in a spot of bathing?
In summer, embark on a pleasant trip on the waters, on board one of the two 'correct craft’ boats belonging to the ‘Le Spot’. Discover Annecy, known as the "Venice of the Alps". In the heart of Haute-Savoie, the city welcomes you to its enchanting setting between the mountains and the lake. Classified a city of Art and History, there are many tourist attractions to discover, and among the most famous are Annecy château, which now houses the Museum of Contemporary and Regional Art, as well as the Regional Observatory of the Alpine Lakes, the Palais de l'Isle, an original medieval building, the old town, crossed by the numerous canals, or even the Cathedral of Saint Peter.
Whether you’re on foot or a bicycle, enjoy meandering down the shores of the lake. A bicycle path runs along the western bank for about 30 kilometres and provides access to the different beaches bordering the sparkling waters. You can also enjoy one of the many hiking trails through the Mont Veyrier that snakes between villages and summits, or explore the nearby surroundings.

Like his predecessor, Yoann Conte is well-known for his cooking that remains very close to nature. In the wake of Chef Marc Veyrat, he draws inspiration from the seasons and plants to offer a reinterpretation of local cuisine respectful of the terroir; in particular to accompany fish sourced from Lake Annecy. Aromatic herbs, such as pimpiolet, cow parsnip, myrrh or acha… so many iconic and vegetable flavours that form signature dishes.

From the North, take the A41 to exit 17 Annecy-Nord in the direction of Annecy-Le-Vieux/Aéroport Meythet. Continue on the D908B then the D1201. Continue on Avenue de Brogny and turn left on Avenue de la Plaine. Continue on Avenue Gambetta and then on Avenue de France. Turn left onto the Avenue d'Albigny then bear right on the old road of Les Pensières.
From the South, take the A41 to exit 16 Annecy-Sud in the direction of Annecy/Cran-Gevrier. Join the D3508 and take the exit in the direction of Annecy/Albertville/Annecy-le-Vieux/Thônes. Continue on the D1501 then on Boulevard de la Rocade. Then take the road Aristide Briand/Avenue Gambetta. Continue on Avenue de France. Turn left onto the Avenue d'Albigny then bear right on the old road of Les Pensières.
